you give love a bloody bad name

So, where do I go from here?

Its Sunday afternoon, let's start this afternoon properly.
I slept at 5.30am and got up at 9.30am. 4 hour sleep, but I still am awake.
Its been long since I've attended church, it felt good. It was a warm, welcoming feeling, just like how it was during Confirmation camp. Let's make a pact shall we, remain close to my faith even after graduation. I will practice my religion.

The homily was about God's unconditional love for us. What was mentioned also, was how we, in modern day society cheapen the word "Love". Love covers a number of definations and most of us takes what is the surface meaning. Hmm, being a Literature student has taught me to look at what people do or say in a deeper level.
How do we cheapen the word "Love" then? I love that dress! (yes, one example I am guilty of) or I love eating (this)! (yet again, another example I am guilty of). Using that word in those different contexts, changes and reduces the affection of the word to nothing more than "Like". So, when we say that we love people... do we really? Or do we "like"them? Or for some, its just a farce act of "being nice".

Just a thought for all of you.
P.S. I'm not hinting anything. If I have offended anyone, or if I have said the wrong things. Let me know, personally. This is just a thought spurred on by the homily session during church. A homily is like a reflection of the Mass' scripture readings.

Alright, I have rehearsals on at 1pm, time check, 12.37pm.

Goodbye vaguelythis.
